Sorry about the lack of Friday Fun this week, I got sidetracked and forgot to post. Anyway, here's a link that I hope will make up for it. Adult Swim has put together a new special called G.I. Joe: Resolute. It's a new, more mature interpretation of the characters that we grew up with. Things are a little different this time though. Gone are the harmless laser battles where no-one dies; in fact, the first episode opens up with a bloody corpse. This is a gritty series of five-minute episodes strung together into an hour-long story. The double-length finale episode isn't available on the Adult Swim web site as of this posting, but you can catch it on YouTube in the meantime. It's pretty badass, check it out and let me know what you think.
