Shift is a puzzle platformer, decidedly inspired by Portal though not really sharing the same mechanics. This game makes use of positive and negative space to create navigational puzzles. By hitting the shift key (hence the name) your character will flip and the level is inverted, allowing you to reach different parts of the map. It's a really cool idea, well implemented and simple enough so as not to become confusing. It's pretty short, although your first playthrough might take some time as you familiarize yourself with shifting. It would be cool to see this expanded into a longer and more challenging game.
