I just can't stop thinking about Portal, and how awesome it is. In the event that you didn't heed my advice last week and buy it, this week you'll get an opportunity to see what it's about (kinda.) Portal: The Flash Version is exactly what the name implies. As in the actual game you'll use portals and cubes to navigate the often dangerous levels. Aside from the missing third dimension, this version only mimics the mechanics but none of the atmosphere, which is largely what makes the actual game so great. That's not to say that the mechanics are boring (far from it); but there are a host of other features that would be impossible to communicate properly through a scaled-down flash game. But I digress: it's still enjoyable, and a nice way to pass the time while you wait for Portal (the real version) to download.
