I found this cool little racing game the other day called Track Mania; I never heard of it before. The graphics are pretty nice and the controls are forgiving: it is purely an arcade racer. And it contains this simple Track Editor, where you can make your own levels. But the best part is that you can race against other people on your own tracks!! Since they are so simple, you can download a new track in about two seconds, and that adds so much to the game! So go grab the torrent (and if you don't have BitTorrent, I recommend this client) or just get the regular old download. Then, make some maps, start a server, and call me up so we can play online!!
